Dawn fell onto her back, breathing a bit fast. "Nofuckingwaythisisnotfuckingfairwhattheflyingfuckbarbeque."

I open my eyes to raise my eyebrows at the fact she's lay on the floor.

I give a little smile.

More or less. I don't think they have a term for this.

I stand up, walking around and crouch down, lifting her head up with my hand.

Deep breaths. Do you need some water?

I look from Anton, then to his 'friend' and sigh, leaning against the now closed door. "If you two so strongly think she can be anything more than fodder," I cross my arms, poker faced.
"Then I'd just love to stay and watch her progress. If that's okay with you of course, oh nameless one." I look at Sien, shrugging.

I blink, surprised. "1387? Huh, older than I thought. Older than me, actually." I smile a little, impressed. "Doesn't make you any better, mind you. But I thank you for the name, Seln."

"Yes, Soren Mircea, born a mere 1707." I stand up, and brush myself down a little, taking off my jacket. "Perhaps I came off too strong earlier. Forgive me. I've had a... rough few days, and rougher nights."

=I clap slowly, turning my chair around to face them=

I was wondering if you were ever going to speak Damire. Did you do as I asked?

I don't look up from Dawn.

I look over and smile a little strangely at the young girl, striding over to her. "What's you're name then, little one?" I bend down, looking her over slowly, taking in every aspect. If trained well she could be...

"Alodie, or Alex."

I continue feed- fighting against the urge with the blood pack.

I look down and sigh, eyeing the bloodpack. "Are you really going to live like that the rest of your life, Alodie?" I sit down a little, looking at her. "You don't need to drink from humans, you know that right?"

"What do you mean?"

I continue feeding, just putting back the urge.

"Get one of these two, or anyone really, to go and kill some livestock. Or a stray dog, or cat. You can feast on them, not quite as good, but just as filling." I scratch my head a little, thinking. "You could get bloodied raw meat from butchers. Takes a while to get used too, but it does the trick after a while."

"Oh."

That option had never... Well... Appeared to me. That seemed more... Humane right? Human, better?

"I guess that's more... Human."

I smirk a little, and pat the girls head.
"If I were to call it anything, I'd call it animalistic. We only eat what we need too, not what fits the role best. Very few animals actually get the meals they need for sustenance." I stand up, looking down at her.
"But trust me, before long the need to feast on humans will come. And then, you'll need to face that with staunch resolute, because there's no fighting it then."
